What methods of payment do you accept online?
At the moment we only accept credit cards for online payments (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Discover). All credit cards must have a valid expiration date. For all other payment options you can always place your order over the telephone at (817) 527-0888.

When will it get here?
We process orders and ship immediately from our Indiana warehouse through the US Postal service Mon-Fri. Standard orders will take 2 to 3 weeks and Priority orders 3 to 5 days. As with all Internet companies, technical glitches may delay your order and failure to correctly fill out our order forms will definitely delay your order.

How much is the shipping?

Can I ship to my PO Box?
For an additional fee of $2.00, we can ship to your PO Box.

Do you ship to my State?
Due to the extreme nature of our products, we are prohibited from shipping items to the following zip codes: The entire States of AZ, KY and northern portion of FL (32013, 32066, 32300-32699, and 34400-34499).

How can I order by fax?
